@CBSSportsCBB@GeneSteratore Boozer is driving his arm forward, and the defender hits his hand which causes his elbow to rise higher than he intended. Notice that Boozer's arm is almost parallel to the ground when his hand is hit, and then his elbow starts to rise.
@NAdkins01@MLS I explained to you why the ref added time beyond the original 6 minutes. It wasn't "because it was a foul." It was because there were 4 fouls and a substitution in stoppage time. Adding an extra minute wasn't unreasonable.
@theflannelman@ColumbusCrew@PROreferees There were 4 penalties (3 by Columbus) and one substitution by Columbus in stoppage time. On the substitution, it was clear Columbus was trying to waste time. Rossi took 20-30 seconds to get off the field. The ref will add more time for that.
@Tim_Chase7 @MLS@InterMiamiCF They should take some of the money Messi helped them earn, and invest in a better trophy that doesn't look like it is made of tin foil.
@RiezOuais@MLS_Buzz Dallas should have scored 6-8 goals. Ferreira has a 1 on 1 with the GK and doesnโt even get a shot off. But if Messi can continue to score/create 2-3 goals a game it may not matter how bad the rest of the team is.
@Exiled_FC @MLS@InterMiamiCF I donโt think it was rigged but the first own goal was somewhat understandable. This one was astonishingly bad. Looked like the Dallas player forgot which team he was on.
@Kimmyyochi@MLS BTW, I don't disagree with the call in either game. But similar goals have been disallowed several times in MLS. So it's frustrating when the way the rule is interpreted suddenly changes.
