@VerizonSupport On hold for 27 mins while a rep tries to find out if I can access my voice mails and missed calls via the my Verizon app like I used to… the feature disappeared and nobody knows anything. Epic Fail for what I pay each month
@Phillies Another epic fail. No non tailgating parking lots open so we can go inside and see batting practice. Why have a season ticket holder event without parking lots open. Supposed to be 3 hours before game time anyway
@verizonfios Tech support sucks!!! Replaced batteries in remote and it doesn’t work. Then I call and the soonest I can get a call back is August 19th. Epic fail!!!!
@Phillies Do better While parking today at the home opener. One of your yellow jacketed “security” officer thought it would be ok to curse at me. Using foul language with kids around and continuing to yell. Someone needs anger management. I’ll be calling the front office …
@FansAuthentic Horrible customer service!!!! Ordered 2 items. For some reason they were shipped separately. One came. The other is MIA. Your customer service rep “so sorry, call back if you don’t receive the item”. Uh ma’am - I didn’t and that’s why I’m calling. #badbusiness
