This is a Training that is aimed at equipping Young Students leaders from Lamu County with the Skills and knowledge that necessitate our active participation in the tables of decision and policy making.

It’s been a beautiful experience over the last few weeks, interacting with student and community leaders across the 47 counties in Kenya. I recently engaged with young leaders from Kilifi County as we discussed important topics around youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, employment, drug abuse, and expanding representation.

It was a heartwarming experience to receive thoughtful gifts and learn some life-saving dance moves that gave deeper meaning to the coastal culture and its people.

Today marks the second day of the Jumuiya ya wanafunzi wa Pwani, (JUWAPWA)..Strategic plan Conference, where students leaders Delegates from the 6 Counties are Converging for 3days to have a Strategic Roadmap on How we as Students bodies from The Coast will have our County.
