If your agent doesn't follow your design system, making more rules rarely helps.

Agents follow examples more than instructions. If your rules say "always use semantic tokens" but the nearest three files still use inline hex colors, the hex wins.

It's like telling a toddler not to curse in a house where everyone curses.

The fix is making bad code fail fast, fail in the agent's loop, and fail before anyone has to waste their time reviewing it.

Loving how lately, @sheherenow_ and @pwnies are challenging my convictions around AI-powered prototyping and product/site/app design. I had discarded diffusion completely about a year ago, but the current state of the art is proving me wrong.

I just switched over all image gen on https://t.co/K1rCfFUvda to gpt-image-2 as the underlying diffusion model.
