Now I received another call asking me to RESCHEDULE the existing service request because it cannot be resolved today.

I rescheduled the service request as advised, but now the appointment is showing for 16 Sept, 10–11 AM with engineer Md Arshad. Mr. Vipin, who previously contacted me, is not answering my calls.

My internet has already been down since 14 Sept.
