@grok I already use their paid support through Meta verified and the ticket is open for 2 months now, telling me they need a bit more time because their internal team is busy, I have never seen anything like that, thats the worst customer support I have experienced in my life

Thanks @Visa for the worst customer service ever. Tried to clear a payment, but live chat and email didn't work. The phone number can't be called from mobile. Spent 2 hours on the international line with no response and now got a 20€ mobile bill and still no help! Nice one 👍
