Let us do whatever we can to support the children in conflict to rise above their pain, trauma, and suffering. KASH conducts an integrated intra-community dialogue with the Internally displaced persons in Sondu. Besides the dialogue , we offered a variety of clinical services .
What is the importance of knowing your HIV status?
(i)To prevent the transmission of the virus to others,
(ii) helps in the treatment of HIV, prevention, care and offering support services, and,
(iii) help you start living a better life and improve your health outcomes.

Today,@Keeping Alive Societies’ Hope -KASH meets with the Peer Educators of key and marginalized populations, steered by its Program Manager, Martha.
KEY OBJECTIVES
1. To review program performance.
2. Highlight key challenges during implementation.
Our simple message is; ''Come to our health sessions and learn more about Family Planning and the best methods to be applied.''
Key populations in Nyalenda and Manyatta in Kisumu also benefitted from PrEP and condom use messaging.

1. Sharing preventive measures against HIV and STIs.
2. Importance of using PrEP.
3. Recapping previous topics with peers.

During our health sessions, we impart knowledge to members of the key and marginalized populations on how to:-
(a) Choose the right condom size, and
(b) Put the condom on correctly to prevent HIV and STIs.

Is the use of condoms more important than PrEP?
At KASH during our health sessions, counselors and peer educators always advise on the importance of using condoms (female and male) by Female Sex Workers and PrEP for their life protection from contracting HIV Virus.
