This provides access to our Wellbeing Help Button, as well as access to information about activities on offer and resources which can be used for Mental HWB in Kilsyth Academy!
Well done to S4-6 participants who completed session 2 of Mental Health Ambassador training today! Involved pupils learned about Anxiety and Depression and look at positive coping strategies to overcome negative thinking and build resilience.
