@blak_mop @ChristDeKing When I migrated from Ghana to Canada, I wasn't very disciplined with traffic rules because I was used to getting away with it. Once I started paying hefty tickets, nobody had to tell me to change my behaviour. Enforcement changed it.
Enforce the law, and discipline will follow.

In Canada tickets and enforcement changed me, not speeches. People are paid to ensure people are not built in the waterways. Y are they not being held rsponsible for negligence of work

Those affected by the floods should come together and sue the government and its agencies for negligence. There has to be accountability. This cycle can't keep repeating while lives and property are put at risk year after year.
