I am writing to follow up on my delayed baggage.
I travelled to attend a two-day conference in Angola. Unfortunately, my baggage did not arrive with me upon arrival.
I understand that the baggage was expected to arrive on Flight AF832 to Abuja (ABV) and would subsequently be forwarded to Port Harcourt (PHC). However, I have not yet received it, nor have I been provided with any update on its status.
I would be grateful if you could urgently assist in locating my baggage and expediting its delivery, as the delay has caused significant inconvenience.
Kindly provide an update on:
●the current location of my baggage;
●the status of the tracing process; and
●the expected date and time of delivery.

I have tried reaching Air France through every available channel regarding my baggage issue, but without success. Calls, emails, and other contact options have gone unanswered.

Passengers deserve timely communication and support, especially when dealing with delayed or missing baggage. I hope Air France responds soon and resolves this matter. @airfrance
