To all the new medical graduates out there, congratulations, you've officially become an MD. However, let me tell you that this is just the beginning of a long journey. You've worked hard in med school to build a strong foundation of knowledge, but now it's time to take it to the next level and start building the structure for the specialty you're interested in.

This phase requires an additional level of hard work and dedication on your part. It's not just about acquiring knowledge, but also about commitment, professionalism, communication, patient advocacy, and collaborating with other health system colleagues. It may seem like a lot, but building a strong structure will ensure that you have a sturdy building that can withstand any challenges that may come your way in the future.

Remember that you're not alone in this journey, and there will be many others who will support and guide you along the way. Stay focused, stay motivated, and keep pushing forward towards your goals.
