@northernassist how do I pay my (illegal and unwarranted) penalty notice in cash? I don't have a bank account and refuse to be charged further by using a postal order. Please advise.

@northernassist No admittedly I haven't, can they guarantee a response ASAP before I'm slapped with a £35 'admin' charge? (Presumably the cost of running the automated responses)

@northernassist Thanks, done all of this, had 2 appeals refused, your contact centre can't deal with my request, the 01904 number is charged and literally every option takes you to another automated response to pay online or over the phone. There is no option to speak to a human or pay cash, ta!
