✅ CONFIRMED: Form 6 changed online in a way that "could be construed as an amendment"

✅ CONFIRMED: Appeals against voters filed by state officers, "not brought to the Commission"

✅ CONFIRMED: A senior officer redistributed work without Commission approval

✅ CONFIRMED: Both ECs wrote to the Cabinet Secretary to stop it

✅ CONFIRMED: IIT + IISc committee needed to verify ECINet even complies with the law

✅ CONFIRMED: 88 of 97 deleted Goa voters had to re-apply; as if they were new voters

Now what those 27 pages refuse to answer:

🔴 Why were 14 objections filed in 10 months by two ECs; if everything was unanimous?

🔴 Why did two ECs write to the PMO's building; if this was just a "suggestion"?

🔴 Why was EC Joshi refused information about the July order?

🔴 Why did the IT system block EROs despite the DEC writing it "cannot block statutory decisions"?

🔴 Why do 97 legally registered voters need Form 6; as if they never existed?

They called two ECs' written objections - "suggestions."

They called a statutory Form amendment - "could be construed."

They called a compromised voter database - "needs a committee to check."

Under oath. Before the Supreme Court.

The affidavit doesn't deny a single fact. It just refuses to answer the only question that matters:

Who was running the Election Commission; if the two Commissioners weren't informed?
