U pay $445 x 4 for 20 $50k accounts and you end up getting $3500 DD on live account if Apex decide you to move to live before the payout…. After all you pass them and get to eligible for payouts, IS IT WORTH??

@ApexTradeFund give us some directions about sim payouts before you even talking about Iive program?

If you keep the live program aside, what is the possibility of @ApexTradeFund to give 6 payouts before the live transition? If the trader work on 20 PAs and called for live transition before the 1st payout, it doesnt make sense.

How the live account would be different for trader working on 1 PA vs 20 PAs? Answers to so many questions we will know over the time. But honestly, the current live program is lame compared to TPT and others.

Agree completely.

@ApexTradeFund should do what tickticktrader did in the past if their care not to pay traders huge payouts.

When you request a payout, they pay 50% to trader, 30% to vault and 20% prop split.
Apex shouldn’t move trader to live unless Vault gets to 100k and trader can take multiple payouts. If funded accounts are blown, vault will still have the money and we can start new funded accounts to build vault further.

Once vault gets to 100k: move the trader to live and have 20-25k DLL with margin based account with daily payouts if the accounts are above initial balance. @skelton_apex

This limits the trader to milk the prop since it will be capped for 100k vault money which is accumulated from each payout.

My thoughts on Apex's Live Program:
Like 99% of you, I too am not a fan of what I have seen so far, I trust that it will be reworked after hearing a lot of feedback from affiliates and from traders.

Here is what I think it should look like:

Drawdown should be figured based on how many accounts and what size:

25k = $500 DD per account
50k = $1000 DD per account
100k = $1200 DD per account
150k = $1500 DD per account

So if you have 20 50k accounts transitioning to live you get 20k DD.

The other elephant in the room that needs to be addressed is moving people Live after 1,2 or 3 payouts, it was promoted that you can get 6 payouts before you get moved Live. Traders need to trust that they can get to 6 payouts before getting moved to live.
The issue is, how do you handle traders that get 1-2 payouts, blow up and then rinse/repeat?
I propose a rolling 12 month payout cap, maybe 500-600k and once you hit this amount in any rolling 12 month period you will get transitioned to live if you reach the buffer.

What happens with your remaining balance? Im conflicted on this, I would be ok with a vault if the previous things mentioned happen.. 🤷

Apex is the first Prop firm I ever tried and they are my first love, and all I want is for Apex to be great again, so I hope they take this as constructive feedback.

20 accounts ---> 1 account. This is not good at all. @ApexTradeFund can you bring back 6 payouts before you transition to live as you promised when you launch EOD accounts.

I am MORE likely going to blow my current PAs which are left with small drawdown. If accounts are gone, I am done with Apex if they wont change the model.

Accounts are about $3500 each and haven’t requested payouts for now and waiting to build some balances before requesting

Not enough time to see charts due to the job and happy to make small money on each account which looks big when it multiplies

All accounts are sitting around 3,100, except Topstep — added an extra 1,500 there when I traded them solo a couple of days ago.

Passed 5 $150k @TakeProfitLLC accounts

Next week, I will have 40 funded accounts and plan to take them more seriously with strict stop losses and take profits.

Won’t recommend playing aggressively if you are not ready to loose money

Get live accounts with TPT, Lucid, Tradeify… total of 15 accounts there and Tosptep/Apex too.

Imagine when you have 15 PRO+ like accounts and make $100 a day… it’s $1500 profits across all accounts and $1350 to my bank EVERY SINGE DAY…

I did this several times last year when I just TPT PRO+ but it scales up when you more live accounts

I have been copy trading for many months. Got payouts, blown too.

This round, I have started passing evals from the week of March 2nd and 35 funded accounts I have been trading from the last week of March. Didn't trade all the days, though, since I was trying to get TPT above the buffer and lost them.

Handling these many accounts is not easy. I don’t see PnL for all accounts and stick to PnL per account. Although these are 150k funded accounts, I’m using few micros to trade. When I have profits, I use profits to risk more ( but that’s not working as great as it used to work in the past)

Also, big thing for psychology: I had TPT pro+ in the past, even if I make $100 per account, I used to get $400 daily (after 90/10) while other accounts are growing.

$500 profit per account trading across 35 funded accounts with @ApexTradeFund, @Topstep, @TradingLucid, and @Tradeify.

Each account has balances close to $2500 in about 10 trading days.

Also passed 5 @TakeProfitLLC test accounts, with 2 more flip days left.

Hoping to clear the buffer and unlock daily payouts this time. Next update after I push TPT PRO past the buffer — or if I fail to do so.

I wouldn’t suggest to copy trade all since it involves lot of risk and you can’t trade fearlessly. But I am doing it since I have to limit my trading time and trading 3 micros on 150k accounts as well
