Started standing with:
• Single arm press
• Seesaw press
• Double kettlebell press
Then took those same variations down to the floor:
• Single arm Z press
• Seesaw Z press
• Double kettlebell Z press

One of my favorite kettlebell exercises that can be broken down into three movements, but they only really make sense when done together 🫶🏼
Iron cross + outside pendulum + outside snatch
Double Kettlebell Back & Abs 🔥

Try it out and let us know what you think!
So ask yourself
Are you ready for this level
Do you have the base
Or are you chasing output without earning the process ❓

This isn’t a template.
This isn’t a challenge to copy.
And it’s not a shortcut to the same results.
You’re seeing ability, not the whole recipe.
And recipes only work when they’re built for the person using them…
Here’s 5 ways to add some lateral movement to your workout routine:
• Side Step 2H Swing
• Kick Step H2H Swing
• Lateral Lunge Clean
• Cossack
• Cossack Side Shift
Which ones will you do?

So watch the complex.
Feel that pull in your gut.
And instead of repeating the same line again…
Do something different this time.
Your strength shows up the
second your excuses stop.

“You ever catch yourself saying it…
and even you don’t buy it anymore?”
“Tomorrow I’ll start…
next week I’ll get serious…
I just need the right workout…”
We all hit that point where the
excuses sound recycled…
Where the promises feel hollow…
Where the version of you in your
head doesn’t match the one
showing up.
But here’s the plot twist most people miss:
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You don’t need the “right moment.”
You need one decision and one rep
that proves you’re done lying to yourself…
