@ASOS_HeretoHelp expecting a parcel. @YodelOnline did not even attempt to deliver. I do not have a front porch and no calling card was left. I am very disappointed. I am a NHS frontline worker and was really excited for my delivery after a tough week at work. Please resolve this!

@YodelOnline My flatmate was also in all day so your delivery driver clearly did not make an attempt for delivery and now my parcel is no where to be found and I cannot contact you as your phone lines are closed. I’m working very hard at the moment and this service is appalling

@YodelOnline I had a parcel due yesterday. I am a frontline NHS key worker and was on a 13 hour shift. I receive an email to say my parcel had been left at my front porch and a calling card was left. I have no front porch and there was no card when I got home. Where is my parcel?
