@john_Sonder This reminds me of when I was in college. We had to make a video using photoshop (dont ask me why) and my professor said “do NOT film it portrait! No one will take you seriously in the real world and you will be marked down” This was 2014/15 but still, sometimes they have no clue

@the_transit_guy I’d check the rental contract you signed. In some cities there’s a clause that says they can’t raise rent more than 10% per year

@BrandyLJensen I had to have my gallbladder removed and was transferred from the ER to the hospital after all the doctors had left, so I had to stay overnight and have it removed first thing in the AM. Insurance said I didn’t have to spend the night in the hospital…
