1. The obvious hypocrisy. This man had a full on meltdown on the floor less than a year ago, and still resents Langdon for disparaging him over it.

2. He was much more empathetic towards King being nervous and out of it over her deposition.

@joeymonasky I like those shows. The point of my post is pointing out the hypocrisy of some Jax fans. How they give Jax a pass for everything but despise Ragatha after one instance of poor behavior. I think it’s fine for fans to enjoy antagonistic characters.

Of course that would make it challenging for him to realize and accept any true feelings he develops for someone. Also, the first time he does listen to his heart in over a decade results him nearly being killed. Obviously he’s got every conceivable emotional wall up now.

Loid has done so much to show he cares for Yor and Anya more than he has ever cared for anyone he’s interacted with on his missions. I think some fans forget he has not had an authentic relationship with another person since childhood. #SPYxFAMILY

the point of that scene is to show how twilight being absent-minded isn’t normal and to specially point out how this conversation with yor completely destabilized him. he’s so lost in thought that he starts founding fiona’s plan logical, until handler snaps him out of it.
