Pretty cool to get to see this today. William Rankins, Jr. used to have murals all over Over-the-Rhine, the West End and beyond. Most are gone now and he's lost his eyesight. But today he helped paint a new mural for @BLINKcincy -- a portrait of him by artist Javarri Lewis.
