@kfc Just wondering who to complain to regarding a negative experience at one of your stores? Tried to contact the store directly and have been calling all night but no-one is picking up the phone. We had several missing items and poor quality food.

@GooglePlay Customers really shouldn't be told that you should get a decision within 15 minutes. I understand that these things take time, but it's also not fair to promise something that you as a company are not able to deliver. Perhaps this needs revising?

@GooglePlay I sent a request for a refund nearly an hour ago and was told I would have a response within 15 minutes. I have had money taken out of my account that shouldn't have been taken and I need it back. Please can someone respond?

@duolingoUK Just wondering why I have had £60 taken out of my account when I cancelled my free trial?? Have had to take this up with Google play as there doesn't seem to be a way to deal with this on the app!

@theRCOT Hi there! I've seen on the governor page that NHS staff are getting another pay rise, but can't find out of OTs on agenda for change pay are included. Do you have any information on this? Thanks! :)

@BethjmOT Some of the best advice I got for sleep was to only use your bed for sleep and intimacy.
You should also go to bed at the same time every night as your body will learn when to start to release melatonin.

Is there a replacement bus service? He said his train gets into Preston at 9:40 this evening.

@sainsburys Would the large Sainsbury's in Morecambe be on this list? I went there hoping to try clothes on and the fitting rooms were closed. This store has quite a large clothing section.
