@Vodacom I’m frustrated beyond measure. I know that I cancelled my contract even though I was month to month. No record at @Vodacom. The fact that @Vodacom doesn’t have a record is not my fault. I have asked it to be escalated but still waiting for it to be escalated! Shocking!

@Vodacom I will DM but I have given these details ad nauseam to people at @Vodacom and the attorneys. it was apparently handed over to. The fact still remains @Vodacom did not cancel the month to month contract. Simple.

@Vodacom Anyone else experience this? I’ve had a Red acc for 25 years. But in Dec22 cancelled month 2 month. Harassment since then. They didn’t cancel it…. And can’t find any record of the cancellation? I believe this is common with @Vodacom don’t like cancelling contracts
