@Marriott @sheratonhotels how come I'm given a room with a busted AC and TV. Moved to a second smaller room after requesting nicely which ALSO has a busted AC and TV, and when I politely & respectfully asked about SOME compensation I was told nothing could be done 🤷‍♂️
