It was an honor to spend time Monday with Dr. George Woodrow, a former KC student & the first African-American to play quarterback at KC. Dr. Woodrow attended KC from 1968-69, and went on to influence the lives of many students in the Dallas area and @UNTsocial. #EducationWorks

A Texas-sized thank you goes out to Mike Clements for graciously donating $630,000 to the KC Foundation. The donation given by the KC alumnus will be used to fund 40 student scholarships, and will be available through the KC Foundation to those in need of financial assistance.
