Then we get to the theatre, and I had to queue again just to get my ticket up so it could be scanned. Considering we have to cancel tickets before showtime to avoid penalty, this is unacceptable. Please update this feature to not block customers accessing purchased tickets.
@AMCHelps As a paying A-List member, I should not have to “queue” to simply access my tickets. We had a 4PM movie today and when I went to verify what time the movie was and opened my app, and got stuck in a queue for 30 minutes to simply verify my movie time.
Herb would be so disappointed in the way you all treat your customers now. Especially taking away the free bags. Free bags is the only reason most of us have flown with you. I’ve had 4 flights with you now without a checked bag and this carryon issue happens each time.
Respectfully, absolutely not. I had to go without the toothpaste I prefer, my shampoo, etc. and even spend more money getting travel size stuff to go, only for you to harass us over the airport speaker or make us check our bag, due to your corporate greed.
It’s quite the slap in the face that your greed took away our free checked bags so we try to pack and squeeze things into a carryon, then get to the gate and start hearing announcements there’s no room and please check your bag.
