Good tips Coach, we were always told to run out a foul ball to first base like a coach has a stopwatch on you, it may be the only accurate time the coach sees.

Catchers: between innings fire the ball to 2B so coaches can get an accurate pop time.

Infielders: move your feet and zip the ball around the IF on those balls the 1B rolls. Do everything at gamespeed.

Outfielders: spread out some and THROW the ball.
