It’s that time again! 30th straight (non-COVID) year for me! Getting ready to catch the opening Keynote at Gartner’s symposium - wonder what they have to say about AI? We’re here! If you are, hit us up and let’s catch up! @luke_zimm

BREAKING - LAYOFFS AT FORRESTER...
Confirmed there are layoffs, no information on who or how many. Heard NOT to be research or Analysts...
Anybody heard anything?
@chrisweston It is on Gartner’s website https://t.co/jauhQjJX24 Also, many of our clients have been informed by their Gartner AE’s this morning.

!!! URGENT !!! - Gartner takes ALL events VIRTUAL (including Symposium/ITXpo) through EOY 2020
Virtual Symposium is RELATIVELY easy. ITXpo? a totally different animal - obvious ramifications to their top/bottom lines (Events = 10% of revenue and +/-18% of their profit)

#GartnerMKTG Greater than the sum of the parts? One of the first real examples of the “New” Gartner. Combining and interweaving content, analysts/advisors and data from legacy Gartner, CEB and L2 into something none of them were before. Opportunities for everybody here... #ARchat
Pretty good recap of #Gartner as they came to dominate our industry. This is why the “other guys” are left out. No way to compete on so many different levels. McKinsie? Bain? Big 4? “Hold on to your shorts, S@&$s about to get real...” #ARchat https://t.co/7AD12qZ7s7
Hey Everybody! Sorry for the late notice, but I’m heading to San Diego for Gartner’s Marketing Symposium and Xpo thru Wednesday. Would love to say hi if you are there. Tweetback if you want to connect! #ARchat
#ARChat#KCGConnects2019#AR2024 Humbled and grateful to be in Austin with 51 of the best in the AR business get together to discuss how to influence the influencers in 2024. You should be here!
Know your audience... Appreciate how @fgens talks to #IDCDirections audience in personal terms. “we” (Tech vendors) need to do these things to help “them” (end-users) be successful. #archat
@carterlusher /2 Also, FORR reported # of heads in “sales” (528), not # of sales reps. Our guess is closer to 285-300 actual reps. Don’t see how they can get to next year’s revenue target with that stable plus a few more... Numbers don’t add up...
@carterlusher ...and client counts down 2% (to 2353 total) while revenues up 6%. Getting more $ out of fewer clients. Doesn’t sound like “good” growth or sustainable.
@carterlusher@Gartner_inc@IIAR In earnings call, much talk about GTS and GBS, differences between them, different growth rates, different businesses. Not a mention of GTS vs GBS in presser or financials. In this case the devil is not in the details, but in the story. Listen hard...
