In Jan., @FIFAcom announced a new regulatory framework for National Dispute Resolution Chambers.
My latest article for @LawInSport advocates FIFA needs to ensure MAs set up their NDRCs, if FIFA is to achieve its goal of globalising & modernising football’s regulatory framework.
In recent news, CAF has announced its "unanimous" support for Infantino's FIFA presidency re-election:

What I find striking is that CAF's 54 members make up about a quarter of FIFA's 211. Therefore, a unified African position significantly strengthens Infantino's bid — or, indeed, that of any other candidate.
In my view, the current electoral process in football is a barrier to true governance reform. How do you challenge those responsible for governance failures when they are the ones who determine your tenure?

I’m delighted to be appointed Club Secretary of @BAlbionFC, a new grassroots club preparing for its first season in the Midlands Football League/West Midlands Regional League.
Grassroots is the bedrock of football development.
OFFICIAL CLUB STATEMENT
Birmingham Albion FC is delighted to announce the appointment of Kelvin Omuojine as Club Secretary.
Kelvin brings valuable experience in sports law, governance, regulatory matters, dispute resolution, and football administration. His background and professional approach will strengthen the club’s organisational structure as we continue to build solid foundations for the future.
As a new and ambitious club, strong governance and clear communication are vital to our progress, and we believe Kelvin will play an important role in supporting the club both on and off the pitch.
Welcome to the Birmingham Albion FC family, Kelvin.
More than a badge. A club built with pride.
For a new FC, there’s a version of the story that starts on the 1st matchday. Behind the scenes, it starts much earlier.
The shirt is the 1st moment the club exists in a form supporters can carry out into the world, & the @BAlbionFC shirt is almost here.
Happy to announce the release of the Nigeria Sports Industry Outlook 2026.

I am seeing some highly educated sports journalists, cry that $130k for Eric Chelle and 5 backroom staff is too much, that is the reason the sports ecosystem in Nigeria is poverty ravaged. To hire BurnaBoy to perform is $500k plus add-ons depending on location, let it sink in.
@ELEGBETE1SPORTS@olajire_007 I think a key issue is: who is paying? If the NFF can indeed afford it, fine.
Then again, let’s juxtapose it with the state of facilities and development of the game to see if we are not building from the top.
This AFCON Final case… imagine if it had been Super Eagles who won and had their decision overturned… what would happen to the parcels of land, cash reward, and MON honours???
Senegal won two AFCON titles (Aliou Cisse in 2021 & Pape Thiaw in 2025) with domestic coaches .
You people in 🇳🇬 can go ahead and 'cannonise' Chelle for reaching what Shaibu (2002 & 2010), Chukwu (2004) & Eguavoen (2006) had achieved with insults & disrespect.
Unu emeyeke ✌️
