@CarolynTGray@onewarwickpark The Church was built without foundations in 1678 and when it rains heavily the water come up through the floor in the vestry.
@CarolynTGray@onewarwickpark Yes the Grom runs under the North end of the church, turning into Cumberland walk and eventually runs under Warwick Park. Hence the flooding. It opens for a while in the Vicarage garden.
