Junior and Senior JAG students had the incredible opportunity to learn more about Marshall University from Ms. Liyah Smith and Dr. Hillary Adams. Students discussed housing, athletics, tuition, the HELP Program, summer readiness programs, and more.
Kaitlyn from North Central AHEC led a discussion on healthcare careers!
She also introduced Octavius, a sonogram simulator, allowing our students to analyze different organs and blood flow.
She provided three VR programs that required students to deliver medical care
Another practical day in JAG, as students got first hand experience in first aid from SSGT Speckert. Students were super engaged and are proud of their new skill!

JAG as students earned a 'Fun Phone Free Friday'! Students spent the week researching 16 schools offering certifications or degrees for their chosen career through a College Madness bracket, considering many factors.They then narrowed their selection to one school, best for them
Thank you to Scott’s guidance counselor, Jill Holthaus, for coming and speaking with JAG students about CTE, Dual Credit, Enzweiler Institute, etc during our SOS! So many students had their eyes opened and believe now in the possibilities!
JAG had two students participate in our incentive day pep rally! Jayden played in the staff v students basketball game and Veronica made the most shots in 20 seconds, winning a gift card!

We had a great day! Students coordinated both a “Tattoo the Staff” fundraiser this morning before school, and passed out over 90 Halloween goodie bags to staff!
Junior and Senior JAG students were given the chance to tour Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport!They discovered the intricacies of various behind-the-scenes occupations, such as airfield management, firefighting, and explored Epic Flight Academy!
