LCD Informance and PBL expo. Our related arts teachers planned a unit in which our students answer the question “How might we as students of a global school bring the culture of Spain to our community?” Well done teachers and students!
It’s been a big week! First our fifth grade PBL answered the question , “What circumstances push people to create new inventions?” After some project mentorship from TVA , our inventors investigated a problem in their lives and created prototypes to solve those problems. #design
Our first club day was a success! Finding a hobby, a passion or a career choice is valuable work. Comic writers, pen pals, reading buddies, and much more!
If you haven’t noticed we have a great team of fifth graders showing SERVICE to others in the building. Handshakes, fist bumps, and escorts to class. They are the best!
What did you do today? Nothing much here… just built the walls for an entire house. Why? To remind ourselves of our commitment as public educators to have hope for our community.
Today our 5th grade student leaders helped every student contribute to making over 100 Rise and Shine Bags for a local shelter. Each bag includes hygiene items and encouraging quote! #patriotsserve
