@SouthwestAir disappointed in customer service. Was told to cancel a flight and rebook using a cancelled travel voucher...only to find out the price of the flight increased enough to make it a moot point. Now I've paid more for the flight and wasted a voucher. #irritated

@BMW do you typically expect a lease turned in with 6,000 miles under the lease agreement to require new brakes and wheels? What does that say about quality? I lease so I don't have to deal with this. You may have lost a customer for life.

@AmericanAir I just called to figure out what to do about a companion pass trip I can no longer take. Was told the hold time was 10 minutes. Waited 53 and then was hung up on when it reached closing time. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? SMH
