@life2023hope Oh, I made a mistake. It should've been at #78 w/ 13.7M cumulative ULs, but apparently there was a change in D.O's artist name on Melon and that split the song into two entries in my database query.

Sorry for the mistake, I'll fix it for the September update.

@life2023hope Most likely, since Melon deletes likes and followers from accounts that cancel the membership. On top of that, they delete all information from accounts that haven't used the service after 5 years. I'm unsure if that includes likes and followers too, or just personal information.

@CeleriacEra @HyeJoo_Angels I agree. My point is that if Spotify is still not that important and Bugs can't have more users than it, then maybe it shouldn't be considered a major chart anymore.

Either way, both are already considered in Circle Digital Chart. And I think neither should be removed from that.

@HyeJoo_Angels This report is a bit outdated now, but sadly WiseApp hasn't done one for 2024. Melon, Genie, Flo and Bugs are losing Android users, Vibe is stable and Youtube and Spotify (tho a bit slower) are rising.

So the trend seems to be across all KR-only streaming services.

Also if a song's peak in daily ULs has a big gap with other releases but those listeners are mostly the same each day instead of new ones, it could lead to lower total ULs down the line
