@SouthwestAir question at MCO…there is NE ticket counter with signs of where it goes. We went to drop bags going to DAL & got rerouted from the area where there 5 clerks & no line…to the NE counter where there were 2 folks working & a 30 min line. Any reason why? Sup was 0 help

@SouthwestAir just had an awful experience with Charles on Flight 654. He was rude and disrespectful when dealing with my bag that was within size and properly secured in the bin. Who can I speak with regarding this?

A little known fact, I worked part time at @SixFlagsOverTX for several years and got to know Darrin and his awesome wife who worked off duty there. The news of his passing was heart breaking. RIP Darrin….you will forever be one of the good ones.
