@SouthwestAir Former A-lister, I quit flying SW when you stranded me in ATL when I was on a direct flight from DEN to ORD. Been flying United since (unless I use up my points with a free flight). I don’t miss it. The anxiety and uncertainty of being cancelled and stuck is not worth it.
