Now you are interjecting your thoughts into the scenario the cop would have said why he pulled him over if it was more serious than a speeding ticket but since he didn’t, the driver is totally in his rights to remain in his vehicle, until a cop says you’re under arrest.

Pepper spraying means he’s being arrested & that wouldn’t happen for JUST speeding

Before the video started he probably refused to provide a drivers license or otherwise identify himself & that IS grounds for arrest for obstruction

Study the law! 5 miles over the speed limit is not a crime, and the driver should not have been asked to step out of his car. He sounded very coherent to me not like he was drunk, so the cop was way out of line!

@theblackspiderm @jackdawess Sorry, but if a cop asks you to get out of the car, you do as you are asked. He does not know if you have a gun, are drunk or any other risk to himself. People really do make a drama out of nothing. Just co operate! He has every right to ask you out of the car

Or you could just step out of your car while he plants drugs, or anything else in there to try and make this much worse than a small speeding incident.

Ah, yes, they do all the time you need to wake the hell up! If the guy did anything threatening the cop, would’ve let you know that, but instead he just kept threatening the driver over a speeding violation!
