Max Muncy’s home run in the 8th inning of Game 7 of the World Series gave the Dodgers life that fueled their comeback.
He’ll now play at least 2 more seasons with the Dodgers after his extension.
One of the most important players in the team’s history.
It’s not idolization because we do not believe Mary or the saints are God (or gods). We don’t worship them as idolaters would. We ask for their prayers just as we would from friends and family here on earth because we are one church, one body in Christ, and bodily death does not separate us. We confess to priests because Jesus instituted a church through the Apostles of whom he gave the authority on earth to forgive or not forgive sins (Jn 20:22) and because we’re commanded to (Jm 5:16).
How is it possible that our elected officials don’t have the competence to pass a voter ID law that 80+ % of the country wants and every single other major country in the world already has? If you can’t even do that, good luck on getting people to show up at the polls anymore
If the SAVE Act is “Jim Crow 2.0,” as Schumer said, because it would require ID to vote, then we should apply that same standard to EVERYTHING ELSE we require ID for. @NICKIMINAJ and 83% of Americans understand this. But I’ve compiled a list to make it easier for Senate Democrats:

NEW: DUTCH UNREALIZED GAINS TAX
🇳🇱 The Netherlands just voted to overhaul annual income tax filings with a new tax of up to 36% for unrealized capital gains, starting in 2028.
Assets like Bitcoin on bitcoin, stocks, and bonds will trigger tax liabilities each year based on changes in value, even if nothing has been sold.
I've been warning you: asset seizures are coming to Europe.
@ComicDaveSmith I’d like to hear a conversation. When @MattWalshBlog was on Tucker he named those who are/should be on the same side. It seems you guys are on the same side based on his criteria. This is one issue- and I don’t even think you’re on opposing sides of it. Discussion would be great
