@StateFarm 4 days since lightning strike left my home uninhabitable. No adjuster, no temp housing, no help. Elderly dad in house w/no hvac or hot water & limited electricity. After 30+ years of paying premiums, here we are.

@SouthwestAir Flight attendants reminded the women multiple times - to no avail. They all took their masks completely off mid flight. Attendants said nothing. My concerns were ignored. Won’t be flying @SouthwestAir again anytime soon.
