@ShropCouncil 2/2 Istruggle to see how this is a valid reason. Waste costs you money? Wonder why people fly tip? Your excuses are illogical.

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil Yeah ive done all that. They try to pass me in circles aswell. Your policy states that vans over 5m cause congestion and 1/2

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil only a month or so ago. Also your staff saying to us "it only came into action a week ago" So who's wrong here? 2/2

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil if its been the policy since 2009 then how have I been given permits by yourselves. Used to get rid of household waste 1/2

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil well ive never had a problem before? How has that changed in the last week?

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil so i still don't understand as to why the size of my van affects if I can tip or not? Can you explain?

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil can you actually explain to me what the size of the van has to do with anything?

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil well you'd have had that information from the reg. We've used it to tip before but now saying its too big. Too big for what??

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil and that if we wanted to complain she will forward us. There's a serious lack of common sense involved here.

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil she did forward us initially to someone else. Whos conclusion was there's nothing she can do as its a new ruling 1/2

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil the number you gave me was the same as the workmen gave me. What logic applies to this decision? Promoting fly tipping?

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil I have tried this already just to be told to speak to a complaints department. But how does that resolve anything?

[Shropshire Council @ShropCouncil]

@KDS_Carpets Hi, please can you call 03456789007. We will have to look into this for you & contact waste management. Thank you.

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]

@ShropCouncil even though ive been granted permits to tip. I arrive in my van to be told, I cant because my van is over 5metre. Explain.

[KDS Carpets @KDS_Carpets]
