🚨 SENATE SABOTAGE: The "Silent Filibuster" AND the "Blue Slip" process ARE NOT "Senate Traditions" - they're UNCONSTITUTIONAL on their face.

The Framers explicitly listed supermajority requirements (treaties, impeachments, veto overrides).

Nowhere for legislation or nominees.

Article I, Section 5: majority of a quorum "to do Business."

The silent filibuster's 60-vote cloture sham VIOLATES this majoritarian design.

Worse: Appointments Clause (Art. II, Sec. 2) requires "Advice and Consent of the SENATE" - the full body.

Not a personal veto by one home-state senator's "blue slip".

This individual hold power is nowhere in the text and destroys the separation of powers.

Customs yielding to minority (or single senator) rule cannot override the plain Constitution.
