It's not every day you can see a fire from your back yard. This started on Friday night due to lightning. As of last night, it was 100% contained and had burned 200 acres. So sad to see. Hoping it can get contained and no one get hurt.

It was hard finding a good spot for the storms today. Between finding a good foreground and staying out of the rain, I ended up doing a lot of aimless driving so it was really nice to get this beautiful bolt and rainbow combo near the end.

Sunset storms are the best! This beauty popped up over Marana last night. Wish I had been closer, but I didn't want to risk missing the bolts while driving. This is the same lightning bolt taken on both of my cameras. Which do you prefer?
