@DianeDanielson I think #millennials admittedly struggle with patience and that is one of our downfalls. I think if more conversations from older generations that really emphasize that this will take time is a good thing!

This is something companies really need to support for it to really take hold. In my department we had a committee which found mentors/mentees we did the matching program based on interests (not skills). Mentorships just need to become a part of the culture. #CREchat
