The Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA) wishes to address recent allegations insinuating that the agency selectively removed campaign billboards and posters belonging to a particular political party.

You have defeated them economically and politically. But they want to fight you dirty even in their lame condition. Crush those terrorists masquerading as politicians. Do not hesitate to Free Nigeria from Terror!!!!
The killings in Nigeria isn’t just the prosecution of Christians. It is the prosecution of multiple groups; we should be careful not to portray it as just prosecution of Christians; that would be simplistic, says U.S Representative Pramila Jayapal.

“I just wish we would stick to that playbook rather than bully and threaten a country (Nigeria) that is extremely important to us in the region. I don’t think it's the right way to go on Truthsocial and threaten with guns blazing.”
- Rep. Jayapal is the U.S. Congress representative for Washington's 7th Congressional District.
National Anthem – Common Errors Alert!
Let’s get it right!
Here’s the correct wording of our National Anthem:
Stanza 1
Nigeria, we hail thee,
Our own dear native land,
Though tribes and tongues may differ,
In brotherhood we stand,
Nigerians all, are proud to serve
Our sovereign Motherland.
Stanza 2
Our flag shall be a symbol
That truth and justice reign,
In peace or battle honour’d,
And this we count as gain,
To hand on to our children
A banner without stain.
Stanza 3 (National Prayer)
O God of all creation,
Grant this our one request:
Help us to build a nation
Where no man is oppressed,
And so with peace and plenty
Nigeria may be blessed.
📢 Let’s sing it right, with pride and unity!

My attention has been drawn to misleading conversations and posts regarding my meeting with Noble Igwe and Ms. Uzo Njoku, also known as Uzo Art.
As an Omolúàbí Yoruba and a public servant, my role is not to fuel controversies but to provide diplomatic guidance and solutions that address concerns while ensuring that the dignity and cultural values of the Yorubas are not undermined.
I would like to reiterate that our culture is sacred and enduring, and I remain committed to promoting and protecting it while fostering the peaceful cultural diversity that makes Lagos a true cultural melting pot.
Let us not be divided by misinformation or hasty assumptions. Dialogue and understanding remain the best path to strengthening our unity as a people.
God bless Lagos State, God bless Lovers of Lagos and God Bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Signed,
Idris Aregbe
Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor

Hmmm. Behave badly and get the move you want. Behave like a gentleman and miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime. No prizes for guessing how players will act in the future if this is the result. #DeadlineDay
🚨🔴 Liverpool opening bid for Alexander Isak was worth £120m package plus add-ons.
Newcastle rejected as they won’t open doors at least until finding a replacement… and it’s not guaranteed, at this stage.
Isak insists with Newcastle on his clear desire to join Liverpool.
Today, I commissioned several projects in Agboyi-Ketu and Bariga LCDAs, facilitated by Hon. Dele Osinowo and Hon. Kolade Alabi.
In Agboyi-Ketu, we opened the Otunba Bushura Alebiosu Multipurpose Building, a new primary school, an ICT Hub, the Oba Taiwo Adesegun Lamina Sports Centre, and four newly completed roads.
In Bariga, I also commissioned 21 roads, three primary schools, five primary health centres, a fire station, and a legislative chamber. These projects are investments in our people and the future of our communities.
I am proud of the leadership at both councils and commend them for delivering on their promises to residents. We will continue to support all 57 local councils as they serve their people with autonomy and responsibility.
To the residents of Agboyi-Ketu, Bariga, and Lagos at large, these facilities belong to you. Let’s protect them, maintain them, and ensure they remain vibrant for years to come.
Together, we will keep building a Lagos that works for all.
