@YatraOfficial I cancelled my flight directly with the airline, got approved full refund. But Yatra has not refunded me anything yet and their app shows refund amount way less than what airline refunded. NO WAY TO REACH YOUR SUPPORT! WORST EXPERIENCE!! NEVER USING YATRA AGAIN!!

@Yatra_Care Did you pay the convenience fee charged to @IndiGo6E ? @IndiGo6E refunded the full amount they received for the booking which was 7045. Why should you not transfer this entire amount?

@Yatra_Care I seem to get no convenience from this convenience fee. Will never be using Yatra or such aggregator, trying to make money in the name of convenience while being a headache if things go slightly sideways.

@Yatra_Care Your support wasn't reachable for 2 days until I posted it here. Whereas @IndiGo6E refunded the entire amount when I called them within 10 mins of the booking.

@zomatocare My refund was added to Zomato credits and immediately expired. Where is my money? Your support is useless, the first guy didn't even understand the issue and the second support asks me to write an essay explaining your failures to get my money back! @zomato
