It's embarrassing for an airline to have so many complaints regarding the treatment of disabled passengers that there are week long waits....Wow #AmericanAirlines. This #disabledairlinehorror continues
I am done with @AmericanAir. Over two weeks ago my partner and I flew with them home from a wonderful weekend and he faced discrimination due to his disability. Now after countless calls, emails, and tweets we finally speak to someone on the phone. Not only does she fail to
All we asked for was an uneventful travel experience like everyone has a right to. We received no advice, no help, and no evidence that training would change. Do not expect us to wait patiently or quietly any longer.
@AmericanAir I traveled with you on Sunday from Chicago to Charlotte and had the worst travel experience. I traveled with my partner and his service dog and watched them be denied their rights guaranteed by the ADA and AACA to have a disabled passenger (my partner)
@AmericanAir When will I get your response? You said this is important to you and customer service would be in touch ASAP but when is that? I hope these aren't empty words....
Reasonably accommodated. Instead of listening and supporting passengers, gate agents literally walked away and delegitimized his disability. I have tried every form of contact to have this addressed and received no response.
