@DixieNormu95224 I unfortunately heard someone tragically get hit by a car. I will never forget the sound of impact. It’s a sound you never want to hear. If JOK was actually hit by the Lexus, almost every person in the 2 block radius would have immediately gone outside to see what happened.

@VerizonSupport how do you not have phone support for internet issues outside your business hours? I pay $249.03 a month for no support? @Xfinity can provide reliable internet and actually people to talk to outside of business hours?
@Amtrak the conductor on train 193 was the most unprofessional Amtrak employee I have ever experienced. Amtrak overselling the train was the start of the problem. The conductor screamed at me for sitting on the floor instead of a non existent seat. She needs to be retrained.

@Verizon why do I pay $239.03 a month for my cable and internet not to work? Been waiting for an agent for 22 minutes and counting… first agent was supposed to call back at 9am but didn’t. Do better!
