Last night and this morning. I needed this after the trials of the week. Patient is doing well, so some time for me.

It appears fashionable in some quarters to knock the @NHS . I have nothing but the highest praise for @UHMBT, the ambulance crew and the GP surgeries in Cumbria & Somerset who once again took brilliant care of Mum.

A “big” family birthday required a stunning Swallows & Amazons themed afternoon tea #langdalechase and an atmospheric boat trip on Lake Windermere.
