I kid you not, Taiwan is the most orderly country that I have seen in my entire travel history.

I have been using their public transportation and boy they are the epitome of discipline. I have been to Japan and you would have read about them as well but I feel they beat Japan in here.

Stations as crowded as Rajeev chowk but people are in zen mode, not even a single soul is breaking the queue anywhere. 0 bloody push, 0. 🤯

This law and order, keeps your mind cool. Nothing spoils your mood and you can invest your time and brain over things that matter and not pity problems or argument. From escalators to Metros, not a single person is breaking the queue. I will put forward more videos.

關於近期X上非常熱門的「反詐文」，我有話想說。

事件開端：
01/16(二)有人在X上傳了一張「詐騙集團假冒中國信託寄信告知誤存，已致電165確定為詐騙，千萬別上當」的照片，並在短時間內在社群上掀起議論、轉發。

以下是我統整的部分問題加以回答：
Q1、0800-024-365和02-3327-7777到底是不是中國信託的電話？
這兩個「都是」中信的電話。
根據中信和銀行局官網，中信的免付費電話的確是0800-024-365，而02-3327-7777也是中信的市話。

Q2、詐騙集團若肯付錢都能申請080免付費電話嗎？
或許可以，
但前提是詐騙集團要提交負責人身分證明文件、公司營業登記、連絡電話、戶籍/營業地址等資訊給電信業者，而電信業者也會從經濟部商工登記資料庫等地方逐步審核。我不認為詐騙集團會大費周章地申請這項服務，如同留言區所說，詐騙集團要的是「神隱」，會極力避免交出真實資料，且免付費電話的收費者是申請該項服務的企業戶。

Q3、為什麼信件上沒有張貼郵票？
因為他有國內郵資已付戳記許可。
部分公司每日都要寄出上百封信件，更別提中信金控每日要寄出多少數量了，我相信有很多人有申辦他家的信用卡，而申辦信用卡後，每家銀行都會寄出實體信件，內含新卡、開卡說明等事項。倘若每封信件都要張貼郵票，豈不是每日都要耗人力、時間張貼郵票，因此郵局才提供「已付戳記」這項服務給每日須大量寄信的業者，且得按月結算，這樣一來，公司只需要印製帶有「已付戳記」字樣的信封即可。

Q4、銀行怎麼可能會協助客戶處理誤存？
通常基於善盡善良告知義務，多數銀行都會協助客戶聯繫。
具中國信託官網上的「轉錯帳號處理方式」，他們會在三天內電話聯繫，未聯絡上才會寄送郵件信函。

Q5、既然不是詐騙，為何165專線會認定是詐騙？
165專線人員會依據來電者的描述判定是否為詐騙事件，倘若來電者篤定地向對方說：「我從未收到誤存」、「我確認過中信官網上的電話不是這支」、「而且這封信上沒有貼郵票」、「我和中信沒有業務往來，也沒有開過戶」，那麼165想必也是會判定這封信件為詐騙。

Q6、可是我真的沒有開過戶，為什麼銀行會通知我？
有幾種情況：第一種可能是你忘記了，有些家長會帶孩子早早開戶，若事後沒有告知孩子，孩子到底也不會知道自己是銀行往來戶；第二種是原開戶銀行遭到合併，舉近期例子說明：富邦金併掉日盛銀，為保有客戶權益，原日盛銀的活存帳號便會自動調整為富邦帳戶，包含但不限於交割帳號、數位存款帳號；若要確認自己有哪幾個銀行帳號，可向銀行公會申請銀行帳戶查詢服務。

Q7、若這不是詐騙，為什麼信上叫我轉錢？
看仔細一點，信上「從未」要求事主即刻轉錢，寄信目的是要聯絡事主，並請事主迅速致電給中信客服，好讓銀行端能夠趕緊處理問題。

Q8、「因轉出人反映誤轉......」，如果這是官方，為什麼打「反映」錯字？
我真該考慮送你一本字典......
根據教育部重編國語辭典修訂本，「反映」是將客觀事物或實質狀況所引發的主觀感受，如實呈現或傳達出來；「反應」泛指因受到狀況改變或外在刺激而引起相應的活動。
舉例：我打你的膝蓋，你會有膝跳反應，但如果你不喜歡，你要趕快跟我反映。

Q9、銀行的戳章不應該長那樣
銀行端有超級多戳章，有分行、總行內部使用的印章，也有須要向主管機關登錄的印鑑，不同的印鑑都有不同的用途，若每種印鑑樣式都長得一模一樣，反而會行政程序紊亂。

事件後續：
原事主在Dcard上反映自從他在1/3的私人帳號發布限時動態後，有許多陌生人追蹤並盜圖至社群平台上，而期間先在Threads上爆紅的貼文，也在許多人證實下默默刪除文章，甚至1/16號才在X上傳的貼主也被原事主證實為盜圖者。原事主更呼籲所有盜圖者盡速撤下不實訊息，以免帶來社會恐慌，造成銀行端麻煩，並使自己背負法律責任。

最後我想說：
我知道很多人都渴望社群帶來的流量，但在這之前，我們更該優先注重社會責任，不能因為「我只是轉載者」就讓假消息遍佈，更不能因為「自我認知有限」就先去懷疑專業人員。有反詐騙意識固然是好事，但辨識是非的能力也很重要，針對這件事，一開始的作法應為致電給銀行端確認，才不會讓往後的自己身陷泥淖。
