Command has been in contact with the owner and the plan of yesterday will be repeated. An excavator will be used to attempt to get to the seat of this fire and cool it sufficiently that it will not reignite when water not applied.

The intent is to rain down water through the matrix of rubber pellets within the pile and cool the flames.
