Skills are opening doors to new opportunities across Nigeria through the NASENI Skill Acquisition Programme. From tailoring and barbing to tiling and other vocational trades, hundreds of beneficiaries in states including Niger, Nasarawa, and Osun have gained practical training that empowers them to become self-reliant and pursue sustainable livelihoods.

Beyond training, many participants have also received the tools and equipment needed to start and grow their businesses, strengthening entrepreneurship and creating lasting economic impact in their communities. Through this initiative, @NASENIHQ continues to empower Nigerians, drive job creation, and contribute to national economic development.

At the Mustapha Abdullahi Energy Leadership Fellowship, I shared why clean energy is about more than deployment. It is about building the capacity to design, manufacture and commercialise the technologies that power our future.

"The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (@NASENIHQ) has celebrated outstanding members of staff at its Staff Motivation and Reward Event, recognising their dedication, innovation and commitment to the Agency’s ongoing transformation.

Speaking at the event, the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of NASENI, Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu @KSHalilu, said every product, partnership and milestone achieved by the Agency begins with the hard work and commitment of its people, stressing that “excellence is not built by technology alone. It is built by people.”

He noted that the event reaffirmed NASENI’s commitment to building a culture where excellence is recognised, merit is rewarded and staff are empowered to grow.
