I am really pleased to announce that i have been selected to represent Wales Wheelchair Rugby 5s!
Myself and the squad are travelling to Uganda from 1st - 12th August 2026.
I will keep everyone updated with any news or streaming links

Tomorrow i travel to Nottingham Police HQ for the upcoming GBWR WR5s Home Nations selection camp this weekend.
I am eligible for either ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ or ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ at this tournament, ๐ค๐ป i do enough to earn a spot. Either way im ready for an enjoyable, hard but social weekend of โฟ๏ธ๐
